Dr. Joshua Taylor was born and raised in a small town in Northeastern Arkansas. After earning a Bachelor of Science from the University of Arkansas, he went on to study at and graduate from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis. There, he met his future wife, Victoria, and the two have settled in the Tri-Cities area. Dr. Taylor enjoys providing eye care for patients of all ages six months and older, with special interest in fitting contact lenses and the management of ocular diseases including glaucoma, macular degeneration, dry eye, and diabetes. If he’s not in the office you can probably find him on the golf course!
Dr. Zachary Long grew up in Northern Indiana. He started his career in optometry during high school, working with a local optometrist as a paraoptometric technician. Dr. Long received both his undergraduate and doctorate degrees from Indiana University. He enjoys the great outdoors, water sports, and playing with his dogs Nala and Indy. Dr. Long strives for excellence in treating a variety of diseases while having a focus on specialty contact lenses and dry eye.
Dr. Victoria Howard graduated from East Tennessee State University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with a concentration in Microbiology as a Roan Scholar. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in 2019 before moving back home to the Tri-Cities. Dr. Howard enjoys the variety of optometry providing primary eye care, infant and pediatric exams, minor procedures, surgical co-management, specialty contact lenses, and management of ocular diseases such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, and dry eye. Her favorite part of her job is building relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their needs and educating them on their eye health.
